

My Daily Act :: Last week, I was feeling a little under the weather. I wasn’t as active as I wanted to be because I wasn’t feeling up to it. I didn’t eat as well as I wanted to because I didn’t have the energy to prepare food. I was feeling a little guilty for not taking care of myself. So it was high time to remind myself of my intentions — to accept where I am, listen to my body, honor what I hear and approach all of it with gratitude and love. This journey is a kinder, gentler journey of self-care. I’m grateful for the reminder.
