I’m not an expert or a guru; I’m a coach — which means I won’t tell you what to do, but I will coach you through an inside-out process that gets you to where you want to be … and even better, helps you stay there.

1-on-1 Wellness Coaching
Have you ever signed up for a program and they tell you what your goals should be? Without even knowing you at all? Or they give you a cookie cutter plan to follow that doesn’t take you or your life into consideration? Well, plans like that may work for awhile … but inevitably you will probably slide off the program, leaving you feeling like a failure.
You need an approach that meets you where you are and honors you as a whole person, as well as the journey you’re on. My one-on-one coaching package gives you just that. You’ll receive your personalized wellness plan, educated accountability, and unwavering support. (No cookie cutters here.)
We’ll work together once a week for at least 3 months — that’s how long it takes to really get into a healthy rhythm and change habits. You didn’t get where you are overnight and you won’t be able to change overnight either. I will meet you where you are, help you find the path to where you want to be, and help you recalibrate to stay on track. Think of me as your personal GPS.
What You’ll Experience In Our Sessions
First, we’ll get to know one another and make sure you feel comfortable with me as your Wellness Coach. I’ll ask you about your life and what you’d like to work toward in the short and long term. I’ll guide you through a process that will help you get completely clear about what you really want and why. Then, together, we’ll chart your course, develop your plan, and get you on the path that is right for you.
During our 45-minute weekly sessions we’ll reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and how to harness your innate strengths to keep you moving forward. I’ll always be there provide ongoing support, educated accountability, and when needed, I will be your personal advocate. The key to making change stick is dealing with challenges mindfully and intentionally so you don’t end up back where you started. So when challenges arise – and they will – I’ll be your life preserver, making sure you stay afloat until you can get back on solid ground.
